Let's be fair (and honest). Verio had some serious problems during the test,
but even the test states:
Verio's network ran virtually non-stop for the final two-thirds of the
test after the carrier found and fixed a problem three OC-48 circuits:

Now, do you really want to start a pissing contest about who provides the best
service? As a consumer that's used just about every option up here (both from
an Internet consumer and a co-lo client), I've yet to see *anyone* not have
some serious glitches.
