for OpenGL-devel is PLD Linux,
AKA Polish Linux Distro;
http://www.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/PLD/dists/ra/PLD/i686/PLD/RPMS/XFree86-OpenGL-devel-4.2.1-8.i686.html

Anyhow maybe they can help !?
