     Well, while it is very nice to have double the download speed, I also run
my own servers from home. 128k up is almost pointless for web hosting. GCI does
offer other plans though, where you can get half/half for down and up(which is
about 600/600 I think). The price is still only about $150/mo, since its the
same as the Diamond plan only the numbers are even. Then they have their usage
based plans but I have no idea how much that costs. You have to call and get
quotes on that, usage based goes all the way up to T1.
