Don't computers only need 12v and 5v?

If so I would think a simple car battery and converter could supply all that
is necissary.
There should be some effort to limit the actual voltage coming from the
battery though as I know they supply varying voltage depending on charge
condition. I.E. 11-13.5 v.

A simple voltage regulator would work I would think.

A gel-call, a couple of photo-electric panels a regulator/conver cicuit and
huge fanless heat sinks would make for a great little power supply system.
