Don -

I use a zip 100, but the procedure should work for you.

Make sure you have the ppa module built into your kernel, then add "/sbin/modprobe/ppa" to /etc/rc.local

Make a /mnt/zip directory, then add the following line to /etc/fstab:
/dev/sda4 /mnt/zip vfat noauto,user,rw 0 0

I use zip disks that were originally formatted as vfat, you can change this based on your needs.
