Red Hat & Mandrake need to use 'jigdo'

This download manager makes it possible to build your own iso's from
package mirrors, as opposed to iso mirrors. These Mandrake & Red Hat
releases illustrate the usefulness of this quite well.

Debian did this for their 7 cd release, DVD also. AFAIK there were no
waits for getting packages, except for those trying to find iso mirrors.
