Keep in mind that there's multiple 100bT specs: 100bT4 and 100bTX. The
latter does only use two pair, the wiring diagram is the same for both in
order to reduce cross-band interference.
Now, I've never tried to put two 100Mbps circuits on one cable, but I'd be
surprised if you didn't run the risk of considerable packet loss.
