ntpdate for system time

I see some people are having trouble using "ntpdate ntp.alaska.edu". To use
the ntpdate command you must be root. As far as finding the server or timing
out, well, it's the Internet and sometimes that happens. It doesn't happen
very off-ten but it does happen.

Just so you all know I tested "ntpdate ntp.alaska.edu". It worked for me.
