I don't know if I'm the Jim you're addressing, but ssh was not
distributed with RH6.2, nor does it appear to be listed in the updates.
You can find it however, at www.openssh.com along with the installation
instructions.

There are multiple Jim's and James' on the list, so you might want to
throw in a last name once in while.
