I did this for a client recently, all the information needed to
accomplish it is in the bind 9.x & dhcpd 3.x tarballs. My implementation
used Bind 9.1 and dhcp 3.0, I could provide you with sample configs if
you would like. The Bind tarball had examples included as well.
