Use SCP, not FTP. FTP == clear text password == bad
WinSCP is a good SCP client for Windows.
The other solution is to just setup a webserver, and people can download
these things.

I would like to be able to share BIG files with my family, so e-mail is out
of the question. Is there a reasonable way to setup a secure FTP server?
