Beware MS products and dhcrelay... 95/98/NT4/2000/XP/ME all have
issues when dealing with an RFC compliant dhcprelay. This is why for
example when you enable dhcprelay on a Cisco router it does not do
relay... They actually do a dhcp request proxy, to prevent
breakage/etc.
