I know of speed and sensitivity settings, but non the have to do with
one direction only. Usually when mine refuses to go 1 direction, there
is a buildup on the rollers the ball rides on inside the mouse. Open it
up, clean the ball and CAREFULLY scrape and clean the rollers inside.
