I think the E series cases don't have the same front bezel - they have a
"flat" face on it that accepts normal CD drives, etc. and their floppy
drives are down towards the middle of the case. I got stuck with the
rounded front bezel - my floppy drive is just below the CD, but just
above the expansion 5 1/4 bays (hidden behind a pop-off door).
The eject button sits on a metal tongue, which (as you face the floppy)
is just to the left of a normal TEAC floppy. The tongue comes out of
the floppy, bends straight down, and then comes forward again.
