Do what I did when I replaced the cd-rom in a Sony Vaio - superglue some
plastic pieces to the eject button to make them line up correctly.. unless
it's so out of whack that you just can't do that. In that case, I think we
all know what to do... that's right, break out the Dremel baby! ;)
