You probably want to be user 'admin'. It not looking for your ISP's
info. When you set it up it should have had you setup an 'admin' user
and a couple of others in addition to 'root'. If you have forgotten the
passwords try 'man passwd' and 'info passwd'. You can get PDF's of the
Smoothwall package at www.smoothwall.org.
