Yeah, I've had some problems during their conversion too. I've been on
IA for probably 6 yrs. and have been using their Jetstream (iDSL) almost
since day one. They are apparently consolidating everything over to some
(expleative deleted) NT servers.

Last week my connection was down for 3 days, the first 2 they refused to
admit the problems were theirs and not my tcp/ip stack. I had three
different computers on before they finally owned up.

I have also gotten more spam in the last 60 days than the last 6 years
combined. Aren't there some sort of filters available for nt?

That I noticed though, my e-mail was never down. If I could connect, I
could get my spam.
