I suggest getting these fans if possible . Very low noise for the
amount of air they move.

As far as fan placement/direction goes, in two of my cases I have two
of these Panaflo fans. One in the lower front blowing in and the other
in the top back blowing out. This creates a nice air flow pattern
right across the top of my cpu.
