Well, I noticed something on boot this morning: my bios was recognizing
one of my hard drives as ata33, and the other as ata100. (which is
correct)
I concluded that I had a bad cable, swapped the ide cables, ran my
hdparms, and *poof*.
hdparm -t /dev/md0 = 57.1 MB/S.
