I took one of the free html tests on Brainbench last year and I was
very impressed with their program. I especially like how they give you
a transcript page with your photo, post your test scores, and ranking
percentile. I have a html version of my resume and put a link to this

your 3 questions I would say yes, they are accurate, no, I haven't
changed jobs, and in my case (web developer) it's better than nothing
at all. Web development/programming is less vendor specific than say
System Administration. I think it's a respectable program but less so
than vendor based certifications. I just need to get off my butt and
take some of the tests.
