Interesting thought.
I was reading the article linked below, and had a thought. The logical
result of this process looks quite a bit like the approach taken by The
Hurd...independantly secure servers on one OS: if one crashes, reboot it,
but without taking the whole system down.
Anybody else see the parallels?
Perhaps a microkernel is the way to go, after all.(Despite the complaints of
numerous /. pundits)
