[aklug] Re: C++ reference books?

While I do appreciate the pointers to the websites, I really need a book. Paper format. Yea, I know, I'm a dinosaur lol. But I need something book form so that I can flip back and forth, bookmark, etc. I read easier in paper form. That's why I'm having such a fun time finding what I need. Few paper books to look at anymore to see if they're laid out like I need.
