Huh. I see no appreciable delay in this chain of headers. If there
was a delay for this message, it was outside of this part of the path.

Depending on how the mail is processed, there can be a delay between
when your immediately upstream server receives the message and when it
is deposited in your mailbox. There's no external way to observe that
delay without access to the server in question. So if the problem
persists, you'd need to get the provider's technical team involved.
