The saying goes, people don't move to Alaska for the weather. They either have to go because parents move there, US military, etc, or they are running from somebody or something, such as the law or a spouse.
So, Mr Christopher, which one do you fall into?
Wait till you see white falling in mid May(or later) and stick for weeks. I have. I escaped though, don't tell them.
