The standing desk with the "L" seated desk is what I have right now at
work. I love it. I stand most of the time, but can sit down when I want to.

A nice upgrade for me would be to slap a 2nd monitor on the seated desk
portion and use a wireless keyboard & mouse. I might do something like that
at home, but usually by the time I get home the very LAST thing that I want
to do with my time is to sit (or stand) in front of a computer. I've done
enough of that through the work day already, unfortunately.
