What do people think? I'm willing to commit resources to
hosting/maintaining it, although the setup would have to wait
approximately two-three weeks (vacation don't you know).

I may even setup a test mailing list to play with archives/etc. as I've
never done archives before. ;)

However, please let me know what the list thinks, so I don't spend too
much time on something which is not wanted.
