Hmm... a tantalizingly straightforward and idealistic approach. Of
course, this would be difficult if you were trying to make a living
off of services advertised from your Web site. I'm not sure how many
billions of extra IP addresses it would take to make me feel good
about losing 99% of my Web visitors.
