ACS charges $20/month.

I struggled with this issue a few months back because many e-mail
servers were not accepting the IP address of my e-mail server. I got a
lightweight VPS from Alienware for $5/month and moved my e-mail server
there, and I haven't had any problems since. For everything else I've
been doing, DDNS has worked fine.
