The one place I tend to go when looking for HTML inspiration is the CSS
Zen Garden [1]. They have a variety of templates which all use the
exact same html, but different CSS. It may help. They request all
submissions be released under the Creative Commons License, so depending
on your needs it may be "open" enough.
