[aklug] HTML 'Templates'?

I've built my own code framework, and although I can write code, I
haven't an artistic bone in my body and I am no graphic artist. I'm
looking for a public-domain/open-source pool of html templates with
attached CSS that I can use for views. I use 'template' in quotes
because I don't need any placeholders or special markup. I can take
care of that myself.

Any recommendations?
