TRON for PCs is under the "BTRON-based products" section. There are
five products listed, but they all appear to be proprietary (and quite
expensive) each from a different company. However, the primary kernel
source code can be downloaded here:

Personally, I'm not yet convinced TRON kernel is a better way to go
than the Linux kernel. For one, there are some things about the
license that are not quite clear to me:

Furthermore, the only actual advantage I have heard so far of TRON
kernel over Linux kernel is that TRON is real time, which (as I
understand it) provides smaller latency, but performance isn't as
good. (Furthermore, we have RTLinux.)
