[aklug] Real American Penguin

Obviously the military has used Linux for a long time, but it looks like
now there is an official U.S. Linux distribution:

The core security idea seems to be that the operating system itself is
booted off of read-only media, and then refreshed between sessions, or
whenever a sensitive transaction needs to be completed.
