Don't host mail on a dynamic IP.

My mail servers will most certainly block you if you're on the PBL,
that's for sure.

If you had any concept of the amount of mail that is sent via dynamic
ranges, you'd understand. From what I have found, GCI and ACS don't
really 'care' if the dynamic users send unauthenticated email to the
world; and as a result, those types of PBL entries exist.

Granted, trying to convince 50,000 users that they should use a
centralized server as their relay, and to use SMTP AUTH is a huge pain.

(Perhaps GCI and ACS have transparent mail proxies I don't know about?
But I still have to whitelist their netblocks. GCI, ACS folks: I'm not
bagging on you at all - but if you want to correct me, please make your
correction in the form of a flame.)
