[aklug] Re: Are Google & Mozilla/Firefox fueding?

I had never heard of this site. It shows Google down for everyone from
my computer in both Firefox & Chrome.

Even though in Google Chrome http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com says
google.com is down for everyone, I can go to Google in Chrome. [insert
puzzled emoticon here]

I also use a Windows XP computer part of the day at work. I have noticed
that for at least the last day I cannot open .pdf files in Firefox. I
end up switching to IE to view my PDFs that are online.

Maybe someone broke Firefox 4.x? Both computers have done automated or
semi-automated updates recently, but I haven't paid attention to what
was being updated. The Windows based computer is company owned and I
have no say in what it runs. Company's IT Dept. takes care of it.

I googled "is it down, or is it just me", and got this:

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/google.com

So, it's not down, it's just you. If there's a conspiracy, it's against
you or something/someone else, not firefox.
