I am using the NetworkManager VPN plugin for NetworkManager

NetworkManager is a Gnome goodie and seems to be the standard current
network manager in both Fedora & Ubuntu.

I believe I've found the place to enter the settings. Now I just need to
figure out what entries to actually enter. Clear as mud?

BTW - I don't follow your current complaint about Outlook. I get really
annoyed be the "20=" stuff as well, but I didn't get any with your last
2 messages.
