Nah, you're fine. Putting the new information at the top so it's the first thing the
reader sees is the right way to do it 9 times out of 10. Sometimes you don't for
understandability, and that's fine. But having to plow through a bunch of old stuff
(and the associated 'chicken tracks') to get to the new part is so annoying. So 9
times out of 10 I don't bother.

Sorry - it's the perennial problem when stradding two different cultures
with two different languages: sometimes you slip up and use the wrong
one. :-)
