[aklug] Kernel image compression

Of the four types of kernel image compression, which should give me the
smallest kernel image? (And any negative side effects from not choosing
the default?)

1) gzip (default)
2) bzip2
3) lmza
4) lzo

In this case, I don't care about compression/decompression times -- just
getting the smallest bzImage.
