Testing. It looks like the mailing list reformats and wraps lines at 75 ch=
aracters. My Outlook settings were set to plain text and wrap at 76 charac=
ters. I've dialed that back to 74 characters, but I notice that as I type =
nothing is being wrapped. So probably Outlook either ignores the setting c=
ompletely, or else it wraps the lines after I hit send. In any case I'm lo=
oking for more wrapped lines with equal signs if I go beyond 75 characters.=
  If Outlook wraps this rather long line at 74 characters after I hit send,=
 I should not see any.
