I think I've fixed a couple of corrupt Fox Pro databases in the past by
simply removing the index file(s). If memory serves, Fox Pro uses a .cdx
(or .idx it's been a while) file for the index. Try renaming or moving the
.cdx files and then fire up the application. I believe the application
creates an index file when it detects that there isn't one.
