Unfortunately we are having to let the media provide us with facts in =20
this case. So, after googling around a bit and found this:

I was also surprised to NOT find anything on the Groklaw except this =20
link which I found by using the search engine and the name "Terry =20
Childs".
It was in a very odd location.
If you believe the network world info, it is likely he deserved what =20
he got. However, this makes me have concern moving forward for those =20
IT folks that "management" might be a little afraid of.
