My initial reaction was like that of Leif's, but I have not been on
the list long enough to feel comfortable to advise on content.

My thoughts are along the lines of this. Technical issues and how they
were handled are appropriate. Personal attacks on people or
organizations are not. Damn the technology, not the people.
