[aklug] I'm feeling a bit masochistic

I'm looking for a distro that I can download an play with, from a flash drive. It needs to be something already set up to be run from a USB flash drive. It also needs to be something with a GUI, and preferably something oriented towards a rescue disk type distro. Anybody had any fun with anything of that nature recently and can give a recomendation or warnings?
