[aklug] daemonizing socat?

Which brings up the question: how would you set that up? I seem to remember there
was an option to detach (or maybe it was to fork the process), but since I'm not using
it, I'm guessing it didn't work very well (or I didn't understand it). Is there an
(easy) way to daemonize it?

would be really cool to stay attached to some digi boxen I'm using.
