Yeah, I don't like it either.

I absolutely **hate** sites that have article headlines on their sites, with
a "read more" link that leads you to an article synopsys with just a couple
more sentences, with a link to the article.

Just give me the $%*(#@* article please.

OK, I understand that they need me to see the ads twice to keep the site
going, but still.

In this case it's actually worse as the article headline on the second page is
a link, so people will naturally click on it. But that link just points to
itself. So you would think that it is one of those click to click again
sites, but you can click yourself into a loop on new Linux.com. If you do,
it appears that the whole article is just two or three sentences long.

Instead of clicking on the big headline link (which takes you to the page
you're currently on) look two lines below that. You'll see a much smaller
link named "article source" -- that is the actual article. It is buried
under the link to the author's linux.com profile, so they've sort of hidden
it. But at least it is there.

Now if they would just move those "source" links to the front page...
