1and1.com is whom I've used for at least 4 years now (since they first
went live in the U.S.), prices have gone up a few bucks a year since I
first started using them (it was $6/year until the last year or so)
and is now $8/year if memory serves. Their tools seem to function well
and I haven't had any issues transferring domains in or out of their
system.
