I use PmWiki for several sites, after investigating several
alternatives. It's main attraction, for me, is it's use of
flat files for web pages--no database to worry about.
Althouth it's a wiki, my use disguises it as a CMS.

I can also prepare locally and simply ftp pages to the
hosting server, another huge plus (for me).

Of course, if you want to play with css, skins, fancy
add-on features, it can also eat into your time.
