I have GCI's Ultimate Whatever-they're-calling-it, and based on the fact =
that my own download habits are probably one of the main reasons MTA now =
has download limits, I'd say it truly must be unlimited. BUT...for =
creating mirrors, bidirectional speed is important, and GCI's package is =
extremely asymmetric. =20
