If you are looking for a good windows especially vista partitioner that
works better than the windows one I would reccomend

This is the only one that I have found to work extremely well with Vista.
also all windows OS allow you to choose what HDD you want to install it on,
but keep in mind when you install windows on a computer that already has
Linux you will overwrite the bootsector and will have to boot off the Linux
boot disc again to be able to boot your computer in linux.
