 Mike,

I run Ubuntu on my desktop, a Mac Book Pro and my wife has a Windows
machine... trust me I feel your pain. I have never been able to get NFS
shares or Samba to work reliably in my environment and from what I have
heardit's not much better even in a homogeneous environment. If you find out
anything please post it. it might help more than a few people. I have all
butgiven up hope on making any head way getting shares or mounts to work.

I've gone through a few iterations of different settings and I'm not
getting it right for some reason.
