I don't see a problem with 2.4.0-5 on Debian Lenny (amd64) or with
2.4.1-1ubuntu1 (dated June 13) on Kubuntu 8.04, with either print size or
multi-page.

Scaling mode for both tests was 100%, suppress printing of empty pages was set
(and worked).

Are your OpenOffice debs dated later than June 13?
